I work with children to teach them skills that can be used throughout their entire adult life, equipping them with the resilience and confidence to deal with life’s challenges in the future, whatever they might be!

I help children struggling with all sorts of issues including:

Anxiety

Does your child spend a lot of time worrying? Have you noticed that they are anxious most of the time regardless of what they are doing? Have they stopped doing something they love because of anxiety?

Self-esteem

Does your child have a negative image of themselves? Do they lack confidence? Do they avoid doing new things and react badly to failure?

Anger

Does you child feel like they are always angry? Do they feel that it's unmanageable and is it making them unhappy? Are they being destructive to themselves or others?

Social Media

Is your child struggling to separate social media from their day to day lives? Do they experience FOMO (fear of missing out) ? Have you noticed a negative effect on their mental health?

Communication

Does your child struggle to communicate what they are thinking/feeling? Do they have issues with voicing their opinions? Do they find it difficult to understand what others are communicating to them?

Fears & Phobias

Has your child developed a fear of going to bed on their own? Are they scared of being sick (Emetophobia)? Are they afraid to be left alone in a room or go upstairs on their own?

School Refusal

Is your child refusing to go to school or attempting to avoid it? Does it make them upset or anxious?

Bullying

Are they less confident in themselves? Are they distressed and attempting to avoid certain situations? Do they seem withdrawn? Are they complaining of feeling physically unwell?

Sleep Issues

Has bedtime become a bit of a nightmare? Has your child lost their confidence to fall asleep on their own? Do they use delay tactics or create specific rituals to prolong going to bed?

Exam Stress

Is your child constantly worried about exams? Are they overwhelmed by their workload and convinced they are going to fail? Are you concerned that they are putting too much pressure on themselves? 

Resilience

Does your child struggle to bounce back when things get difficult? Do they expect things to fail? Do they assume that everyone else is better than them?

Goal Setting

Does your child struggle to keep on track with achieving things? Would they benefit from learning how to set Specific, Measured, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound goals to reach their goals?
